Welcome to Todd Labbe Therapy
Built for Boys and Men
Now Offering In Person and Online Therapy
Not everyone wants to “talk about their feelings.” I get that. Sometimes it’s hard to know what you’re feeling — or why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns. Whether you’re a teen who doesn’t fit in, a guy dealing with stress, anger, or low drive, or a parent watching your son struggle — I work with boys and men who are wired a bit differently. Logical, intense, private, or sensitive — I help people make sense of things in a way that works for them.
This isn’t sit-on-the-couch-and-cry therapy (unless that’s your thing). My sessions are practical, grounded, and built on respect. We might talk, build a plan, notice patterns, or use tools that feel more like strategy than therapy. I work with boys who overthink, blow up fast, feel anxious around others, or just feel out of place.
Many are creative, thoughtful kids — but life feels off. I work with men who are burnt out, stuck in their heads, or just sick of holding everything in. You don’t need to be “fixed.” You just need a space where you can get real, drop the act, and figure things out — without judgment.
